3 Ways to Wear Leggings in the Fall

October 11, 2020Fashion
+4

The Fall is synonymous with a lot of things from sweaters, to pumpkin spice, to changing leaves. It also is the season for wearing leggings as pants! However, I don’t mean just your ordinary pair of leggings. I’m talking about quality leggings that can be worn with many different fashionable looks. Leggings can be just as versatile as a pair of jeans while also offering maximum comfort and style. Check out these ideas below!

Look 1:

Leggings | Olive Utility Jacket | Crop Top (Similar) | Leopard Heels (similar)

Look 2:

Leggings |Chunky Sweater (similar) | Boots

Look 3:

Leggings | CRVY Tee | Denim Jacket (similar) | Leopard Shoes (Similar here and here)

Hello, I just started following you. I am so excited that I’ve found you. Looking online for plus sizes is so unmotivating. I will be supporting you from this point on, sista!! Also, I was looking for a pair of boots that go over the knees like yours (In look 2). The link that is provided, the boots stop at the calves. Thanks

Thanks so much for following! Unfortunately, the exact boots are no longer available so I linked the closest pair that I could find. I’m planning on doing a post soon of wide calf boots that are currently available

Unfortunately pieces in this look are old. Boots are from @nadiaaboulhosn x @fashiontofigure collection that sold out. I link similar sweater dresses in the link in my bio and the same hat in a different color 🖤

Connecting mind, body and spirit by doing a little beach yoga in this @lululemon gear and yoga mat. I’m awful at yoga if I’m being real. But I’m trying to do new things and allow my body to surprise me with its capabilities. Check out links to these items in my stories! @shopstyle #thesweatlife

These are just a fraction of the comments that I see. And while some of these are made in jest, your words and thoughts have so much power. You are not shaped like a (insert object). You are a person. And I don’t want to see this language anymore. K? Love ya!

I saw this quote and it stopped me in my tracks. Sometimes we get so caught up in our day-to-day or obsessing over things we don’t like about ourselves. In 2021, I’m challenging all of us (including myself) to think higher, think bigger. Our lives are so much more vast and meaningful than we imagine. Be the ocean...

We are in a brand new year and with that comes a “New Year, New You” mentality. And there is nothing wrong with setting goals for changes you want to make in your life, from your body to your daily habits. Just remember that it’s a marathon, not a sprint and to practice grace & kindness throughout.
