So we’ve all heard the rule “no white after Labor Day”, right? It’s considered to be a fashion faux pas that originated from who knows where. Well, I’ve never been one to follow fashion rules anyway so why start now? When I first saw this jacket online, I was immediately drawn to the color. It is a very light, almost pastel shade and I couldn’t think of anything better to pair it with but white. It complements the color really well and allows it to shine in a subtle way. These fringe booties were a great completion item, adding another hue to the mix while keeping with the neutral theme. So I say yes to white after Labor Day and yes to white whenever you want to wear it! Break the rules, you’ll be happy you did.
