It has been really warm in Los Angeles lately (sorry East Coasters) so I’ve been breaking out my dresses and open toe sandals to stay cool for this weather. I have also been wearing a lot of basics and comfortable fabrics. It’s something about the heat that just makes you want to dress as easy as possible. And sometimes, you don’t need all of the bell and whistles that go along with some outfits. Simple looks that fit well can sometimes look a lot more put together than a more complicated outfit, so when in doubt, edit. A bodycon dress, high heel sandals and a big bag (because for me, big bags are a must) and you are ready to hit the town!

Dress: Old Navy | Bag: Zara | Shoes: Steve Madden (here and here)

I love the look! I am a sucker from caramel colored accents. If you don’t mind me asking what type of lens/camera do you use when shooting?

Thank you! And no I don’t mind. I use the Canon Rebel t3i and you have to forgive me because I don’t know the lenses off the top of my head but I believe the main one we use is the 18-55mm lens. Hope that helps!
